Collection of personal data, public participation in the photo and video statemen
- The personal data collected in the application form is for the purpose of arranging volunteer services and arranging training. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to request access to and correction of the personal data provided on the application form.
- We may use your personal data provided on the form to facilitate future correspondence with you, processing of applications, issuance of checks and receipts of volunteer allowances, research / analysis / statistics, fundraising, gathering of views, activities / promotion and use of the project, as well as matters relating to the project.
- During training and volunteer service activities, our staff will take photos and videos of your activities for public display / broadcast for publicity purposes.
