Mission

We use the outreach approach to reach out the residents in the community, identify the needy families and people as early as possible, assess thier needs, provide referrals and help them to build up a community mutual help networks to achieve harmony and care community.

Aims

To refer appropriate social welfare services to those in need in the district.

Encourage families in the district to understand and make good use of community resources, so as to enhance the ability of individuals and families to solve problems.

To develop a spirit of mutual help among families in the district, and to establish a community support network.

Target Groups

People living in Yau Ma Tei to Tsim Sha Tsui District, including the following groups:

• Low-income families
• New arrivals
• Living alone
• Single parent family
• Care for families with young children
• The unemployed
• Marginal teenagers
• People who have trouble with family relationships
• Other people with social welfare needs
